What happens to your details
The short version: the form on this site does not send anything anywhere by itself. It collects what you typed into a single message and opens WhatsApp — you send it yourself, by hand. After that it is an ordinary conversation with us.
What we receive
Through the form you may pass on: your name, your child's name and age, whether they have danced before, the program you are interested in, and your WhatsApp number. You fill in every field yourself, and you decide whether to send the message at all.
We do not ask for documents, home addresses, payment details or medical information through the site.
Why we need them
Only to answer your application: to match a program and group to your child's age and level, to arrange an audition or trial class, and to send you the timetable and fees.
Where they go
The message goes to WhatsApp, to +971 54 500 7857. That means the conversation passes through WhatsApp, a Meta service, and is subject to its terms. The site itself has no server, no database and no analytics that would store what you typed.
Inside the school, access to the conversation is limited to the staff handling enrolment and timetables. We do not sell or pass these details to third parties, and we do not use them for mailings you did not ask for.
How long we keep them
The conversation is kept while enrolment is open and while your child studies with us, plus a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. If you ask us to delete your details, we delete the conversation and the record of your application.
Children's details
A child's name and age are provided by a parent or legal guardian — children do not use the form themselves. We use these details only to place a child in a group, and we do not publish them.
Photos and video from classes, showcases and shoots are published only with separate written consent from parents. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
What the site itself does
The site stores one setting in your browser — the interface language you chose, so it does not have to ask each time. That record stays local and is not sent anywhere. There are no analytics counters or advertising pixels on the site.
The only external service on the site is the embedded Google Maps map on pages showing the address. When your browser requests it, it passes your IP address to Google — that is how any embedded map works. The fonts and all the code are served from our own server; there are no other third-party requests.
Contacting us, or asking for deletion
Send a message on WhatsApp to +971 54 500 7857 — that is enough. There is no separate form for it.
