Not a new venture learning on its first intake. Behind IDC are years of work, awards, and graduates who went on professionally.

Not a hobby club. A training system.
At IDC a child follows a built pathway: technique, discipline, artistic thinking. We are not polishing a hobby — we are raising a dancer, and a person who can hold themselves on stage and off it.
Stage from year one
Showcases, concerts and creative projects happen regularly. Confidence is built on stage, not talked about.

Every child is seen
Groups stay small. The teacher knows what is hard for your child specifically, and works on it.

About the school04Audition
Three steps, about a week
The audition is not an exam and not a filter for the «unsuitable». It is a session where the teacher sees your child's level and finds the group where they will be both challenged and comfortable.

The form at the bottom of this page takes two minutes. We reply on WhatsApp the same day.

We invite you
We confirm a date and time, tell you what to bring and how to find the studio.

The session
40 minutes in the studio: warm-up, a short combination, stretching. We send the decision and a group recommendation within three days.
What to bring
- Fitted clothing: a top or leotard and leggings
- Hair tied back
- Socks or ballet flats — no shoes needed
- Water, and a good mood
And if they are not selected?
It is not a rejection. Your child joins the Foundation Program, which is exactly where the base is built, and auditions again in six months. That is how most of our strongest students arrived — not on the first try.

What parents ask most
My child has never danced. Is the audition worth trying?
Yes. The session looks at aptitude — coordination, flexibility, musicality, how quickly they pick things up — not at routines already learned. If the base is not there yet, we will suggest the Foundation Program, which is where it is built.
From what age do you take children?
From three, in the weekend Early Dance Program. Foundation starts at six, split into 6–9 and 10–14 groups. The professional program selects from ten.
How much does it cost?
Fees depend on the program and the number of classes a week. We send the full price list in reply to your application, together with a group recommendation, so you compare real options rather than a range.
How often are classes, and when?
Several times a week, with the frequency set by program and level. We share the exact group schedule at enrolment: first we find the right group, then we fix the days.
What should my child wear to the first class?
Fitted clothing that shows the line of the body: a top or leotard and leggings. Hair tied back. No shoes — socks or ballet flats.
Can parents stay and watch?
Not inside the studio — children focus better when they are not looking back at a parent. You can wait in the MUHA MUSIC parents' area, and we show progress at open classes and showcases.
My child missed a class. Can it be made up?
Yes, in a parallel group of a suitable level when there is space. Make-up and freeze terms are set out in the agreement — we go through them before payment, with no surprises.
My child will not become a professional dancer. Is it still worth it?
Yes — and that describes most of our students. Dance gives posture, stamina, coordination, the ability to stand in front of people and to hold a workload. All of it stays, even if they later move to sport, music or maths.
How is IDC different from other schools in Dubai?
A built system of levels instead of a set of classes, regular stage work, teachers with specialist education and CID membership, and more than a thousand student awards over the years. We are bringing an established school to Dubai, not starting one here.
